The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) Sarawak, having its registered address office at Level 9, SEDC Plaza, Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, 93100 Kuching, Sarawak.

Club Asia International is a Vacation Ownership Club that operates on a Points based vacation programme and is also the first Vacation Ownership Club owned by a State Government agency in Malaysia.
